These terms govern access to the Glide website and connected platform experiences, including quotation, tracking, milestone, and payment workflows.
Effective date
These terms are effective as of 22 May 2026 and apply to current visitors, customers, partners, and operational users of Glide.
Platform use
Glide provides a digital operating layer for furniture-related enquiries, quotations, production tracking, milestone reporting, and payment visibility. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful business activity connected to these services.
Accounts and responsibility
Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted through their account, including project scope, customer details, payment configuration, and uploaded files.
Quotations and project data
Quote outputs, milestone plans, and commercial records inside Glide are workflow tools. They do not replace the need for users to verify project scope, materials, dimensions, and approval decisions before execution.
Milestones and payments
Milestone schedules and payment stages created in Glide reflect the workflow configured by the relevant admin team. Payment records shown in the customer portal and admin reports are intended for platform visibility and operational reconciliation.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or remove parts of the product experience over time. We aim to maintain service continuity, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
